Kelly Fabian MSPT, ATC grew up in Pennsylvania before moving to Texas in 2014. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training. She continued her education at Pitt and graduated with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. Kelly specializes in a wide variety of outpatient orthopedics and is dedicated to providing quality care and keeping her patients motivated to reach their goals. Kelly lives in the Keller area with her husband and 4 sons. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her boys play sports, crocheting and teaching aerobics.
